    Description

    Get all the tools you need to start or evolve your acroyoga practice! This 3-hour workshop is wrapped up with strength, flexibility, mobility, and trust exercise.

    We will give you different perspectives and ways to improve your personal Acroyoga practice or - if you are a beginner - to start this new movement adventure!

    We will share surprising insights into how you can use the right technique, lightness, body awareness and confidence in Acroyoga flows. This practice brings yoga and acrobatics together and has limitless, playful facets to offer! It is an interesting dive into new forms of movement where your coordination and body awareness will be improved.

    There is no guarantee that you will master all the skills taught during this workshop. As always, subsequent practice with your acro partner will make it perfect.

    No previous knowledge in Yoga or Acroyoga necessary

    Gabe is an Acrobatics & Yoga instructor, as well as Massage Therapist with more than 15 years of experience. Originally from Austria, Gabe loves to spend his time traveling, learning about other cultures and eating foreign food. With a heart full of humor he is facilitating a wide variety of trainings in Europe. Gabe is well known for his unique and precise way of teaching. His passion for bodywork gives him the opportunity to welcome and embrace people from all walks of life.

    Gabriel is an Acrobatics and Yoga instructor, as well as Massage Therapist with more than 15 years of experience. Originally from Austria, Gabriel loves to spend his time traveling  and learning about other cultures. With a heart full of humor and arms so long he once managed to hug 5 people at once,  he facilitates wide variety of trainings in Europe and South East Asia.
