Description

Acroyoga is endless. It has a range of many moves and flows. We believe, if you get a handstand on an other person, your acroyoga practice achieve to an other level. You can play around and do more nice acroyoga moves.

Expand your skills and come to this exciting workshop with focus on "Hand to Hand" and further acroyoga flows.

It is doable! With special exercises for flyers and bases, we work on all the elements we need to achieve a Hand to Hand:

Connection:
The physical connection, our H2H grip as well as the interpersonal connection - Communication is key!

Alignment:
We use the strength but if everything is aligned we get the goal faster.

Technique:
Save us from trying 100 times.

Balance:
As the last element in the chain, it is the balance that ultimately let the flyer stay in an handstand.

The practice is performed mainly in pairs or in groups. This workshop will include assisted inversions and acrobatic flying.

Prerequisites

-You want to learn hand to hand
-You can fly a star stably or base
-You can hold a handstand on the wall or with a spotter for 20-30 seconds (flyer & base)
(You don't have to balance a handstand yourself or be able to stand in free space!)
