Find balance despite movement and get an insight into dynamic acroyoga flows.
Learning to move with and be moved by someone else is an amazing experience. It's much easier than it often looks.
Acroyoga is versatile and brings together different elements. In this workshop you'll quickly realize that it's about awareness and confidence. Join us and get to know this creativ moves and possibilities of body movements.
When we start with Acroyoga comes down to a simple choice: Work together or fall apart. The decision seems clear, but the follow-through isn't always so easy when it comes to partner acro. When acroyoga is a game of trust, consider communication and body tension as the key to success of these movements.
We will show you different possibilities of acroyoga and especially interesting acroyoga flows, which are adaptable in different levels. Find a balance and learn to navigate gravity. Different sizes and bodies make it a challenge! We will give you tips and tricks to work with your patner, not gainst it.
We will end the workshop with a specific guided sequence of Thai Yoga Massage or "therapeutic flying". Therapeutic flying is a inspiration from Thai Massage. The goal here is to relax and let others passively move you.
