Description

The question of another basic course has surfaced. Here we are! Another great program is waiting for you.In four classes we will show you great tricks on how to get started with acroyoga. There are many basic positions and variations. You don't need any previous knowledge of the first classes. Fun and new poses will come your way!

Across the YouTube channel and social media, you can get your tips to take your acroyoga practice to the next level. We'll pick you up on the mat where you got stuck at home.

Our focus is to give you the best tools and learning strategies to get started in Acroyoga and Handstand.

At the beginning you will learn more static positions and then start to connect them.  You will leave the classes with a range of knowledge of short Acroyoga sequences and a solid understanding of the Acroyoga roles of "flying", "basing" and "spotting".

Classes include:
Coaching in L-basing technique, transitions, flows, washing machines, sequences, inversions, foundations and drills. Flexibility or therapeutics in the end to finish the class.

Please note: Subject to change. Corona measures may involve short-term adjustments to time and date.

Prerequisites

  • This class is suitable for people who have little or no experience in acroyoga.
  • Yoga helps but is not a prerequisite for participation in the course.

Exploration of partner movement started in Chile, where he was introduced to Acroyoga in 2015. Since then, acrobatics have become a fascination he feels so passionate about he wanted to share it with everyone.
Finding smart ways to build up and overcome new challenges, learning how to support each other respectfully and giving space for individual rhythm, - those are the cornerstones of his classes.
As a firm believer in what jams and strong communities can offer, one of his main focuses is to help build up the acro association in Zürich.
