We get the hall back - we will use it!
There are strict guidelines from the sport department related to Corona. We got the permission to teach this class in this special form.

Join us in this prep of acro cycle and get ready for your own acroyoga practices. This class is structured in three sets of 30 mins.

- Handstand Training
- Single work-out / Acro-Fit
- Stretching for Acro

We will work on our handstand (no matter where your level is) then go to a core and leg single work-out . It is important to be fit. In this part of 30mins block you will get the most drills for improving your strength. We carefully picked out nice exercises to adjust also in different levels. Last part is a deep and intensive stretching to reach a better mobility around hips and legs. It is tune to get a better flexibility and later to make your life in acroyoga easier.

    Simple Lama

    Exploration of partner movement started in Chile, where he was introduced to Acroyoga in 2015. Since then, acrobatics have become a fascination he feels so passionate about he wanted to share it with everyone.
    Finding smart ways to build up and overcome new challenges, learning how to support each other respectfully and giving space for individual rhythm, - those are the cornerstones of his classes.
    As a firm believer in what jams and strong communities can offer, one of his main focuses is to help build up the acro association in Zürich.
