Description
This class is designed to support your handstand practice and give you helpful tips and tricks on how to improve your handstand. If Hanstand is a new project for you, you've come to the right place. We'll show you how to get started with your training. Because everyone can learn it! It's all about the right preparation. You have to train your body for the movement. A handstand requires all muscles to work in unison support your balance and stability. Any level is welcome. Individual coaching and extra exercises for advanced.
Program:
In this 4 weeks program we work on the foundation, integration, balance and how to fall. Starting with the basics and essential exercises. We build a solid base where arms, wrists and core are strengthened. You will gain body awareness and strong habits for your inversion practice. Understand how to use the force and get into a reversal posture. Use body tension and come to a safe handstand. "Tight is Light".
Also look at common ways you can get in and out of a handstand. Building safety and confidence, how you can practice these exercises on your own at home. If you know how to fall, nothing can stop you from practising!
And last but not least. Finding the balance. It's the right breathing that does it, and the fingertip feeling. Find a line and play with varaitions. There are different positions. You will work on headstand variations, forearm balances and progress to your free standing handstand.
