    Description

    The classes will consist of a warm-up, stretching and specific strength training/workout. The goals are to learn and deepen individual acrobatic elements: flick flack, salto, free wheel, head tilt, etc. and/or to get to know dance acrobatic elements. Getting to know the floor as a partner, "giving oneself into" the floor by learning to use one's own body as sparingly and organically as possible. The various exercises will also be very suitable for flyer or base to get some technical figures in the body.

    Prerequisites

    • The level will be adapted to the participants. You can also come with a specific request.

    Zirkus Kind

    Young circus artist Eulalie Svetlana Blanc grew up as a circus child. With a good foundation in artistic gymnastics and trampoline - she has competed twice in the Trampoline Swiss Championships - she has supplemented her skills with pre-professional circus training and a J+S leader course. She has been teaching 4-year-olds to adults in various circus disciplines for four years. She likes to enrich her lessons with a method borrowed from Pilates, which is oriented towards the participants' own physical abilities.
    Eulalie grew up as a circus child and has strong gymnastics and trampoline background. She competed twice in the Swiss Trampoline Championships, did her pre-professional circus training and a J+S leader course. Now she has been teaching various circus disciplines for four years. With methods borrowed from Pilates she likes to expand each participant physical abilities !
