Acroyoga - Cycle 2 - Flying Ostrich
We will work progressively, setting the foundations and principles of acroyoga. This will help us in the more exploring, unlocking new tricks and sharing part in the upcoming cycles. Main goal in this Cycle will be on Inversions. We will work on building strength and technique for a clearer understanding of the movement and get comfortable in more acroyoga poses upside down.

We will provide you with tools to develop a strong foundation for inversions and to assist you in your path to refine your technique. We are aiming to find strong power lines in the inversions that will provide stability and enhance your sensitivity and precision with the grip.
(Basing or Flying, spotting doesn’t count! hehe):
-Hold Free Shoulder Stand (Hands of Flyer at the arms of Base)
-No need to have done Cycle 1
