Acroyoga - Cycle 0.2 - Upside down
Can’t do a handstand, or even touch your toes? No worries you don't have to be a circus acrobat to having fun. Acroyoga is a practice of substance. You’ll learn necessary building blocks to literally take whatever physical skills you have to new heights. Moreover it is all about confident and trust with you and then with others in the group.
Especially in this cycle we are going to look into more details in our inverted positions. Getting more and more comfortable in them while playing with few transitions!
Star, Shoulder Stand and Bat. Nice inverted positions to feel being upside down for a while. Connect inverted positions in more smooth transitions
